When temperatures fall below freezing, any water left in your sprinkler system can freeze causing the pipes to burst. Burst pipes can lead to other problems including flooded lawns, flooded basements, damage to landscaping, damage to neighbors’ lawns, all of which can result in costly repairs. We will gladly come out and “Winterize” your sprinkler system so you won’t need to worry about these things happening to you.
Spring Start Up
After the cold of winter passes, it will be time to get your sprinkler system up and running again in anticipation of the hot summer months. Give us a call and set up an appointment for us to come out to start up your system. While we’re there, we’ll make sure everything is running smoothly and properly. As we “fine tune” your system, we’ll check the coverage, make any adjustments as needed, and we’ll also make sure all your sprinkler heads are popping up and down as intended.
Even with the best of care, the reality is that from time to time sprinkler systems can be in need of repair. These repairs can range from something as simple as replacing broken or damaged sprinkler heads to more complex repairs such as locating and repairing underground leaks. There have been those who have recently bought a home only to discover that it has an old sprinkler system that either doesn’t work or hasn’t been run in years with the sprinkler heads buried somewhere under the grass. Once again, we’re the guys to call. No job is too large or too small.
